The employee assigned to your account will work to ensure your satisfaction, overseeing every aspect of the installation process. They will coordinate all aspects of your installation including Menu Programming, Database Setup, Training Schedules, Hardware Delivery, Installation, Live Implementation and Third Party Vendor Coordination. Training

Central Dispatch
All customer service and support calls come in to our 1-800 National Dispatch Center. The calls are analyzed and determination is made whether they are software or hardware related. If the call is software related, the call is forwarded to our National Help Desk. If the call is hardware related, you simply select the priority and service delivery method and in turn we complete the call. In the event that on site service is required, the call will be forwarded to a local field service technician who will be dispatched to your site. Both Field Service and Help Desk services are available 24 Hours per day, 365 days per year.
