Traditional on site maintenance includes the technicians' cost to travel to and from their last service call or office. This cost is built into a Maintenance Contract or invoiced to the restaurant if not on a maintenance plan. This cost is not productive for your service provider and unfortunately the cost must be passed on to you.
Using today's sophisticated and reliable shipping methods, we can eliminate most of the travel time required to fix your Micros system. We can provide same day shipping in selected areas or next day throughout the United States. This coupled with telephone support is typically 95% of the service required on a Micros® system.
Turnaround Options
Advanced Exchange - We ship you a working terminal or printer before you ship the equipment for repair. Your 'spare is in the air' before we receive your broken item.
Swap - We ship a replacement terminal or printer after we receive your equipment for repair.
Repair Turnaround - We repair your equipment within 72 hours and once repaired ship the working item back to you.

This a la carte approach allows you to decide which turnaround option and delivery method you require for a particular incident. Whether it is an emergency and you require same day replacement, a "spare in the air" plan or a secondary priority and less expensive repair plan; we have the range of services to meet both your speed and budget requirements.
On Site Plan
For those that require a traditional on site plan, we have technicians on staff in selected areas throughout the US. Our field engineers are equipped with spare parts and are Micros® trained, in fact many are former Micros® employees.
