Retail Control Solutions is your complete source for third party sales, service and support of Micros® point of sale systems. We are dedicated to providing the hospitality industry with proven quality technical support of Micros® POS systems.

Our programs are designed to provide restaurateurs real savings compared to their current service provider.

We have numerous technical employees on our staff who were factory trained at Micros®. In fact, many of our employees are former Micros® employees. Our employees have 90 years of combined experience supporting Micros® products.

We have been serving the hospitality marketplace since 1990 and are one of the fastest growing hospitality resellers in the United States with four offices throughout New England and the Midwest states.

The company headquarters are located in Needham, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston. In addition to the office in Needham, we have offices in Hartford, CT, Chicago, IL and St. Louis, MO. Our National Help Desk and Repair Center are located at our headquarters in Needham, Massachusetts.

Both Field Service and Help Desk services are available 24 Hours per day, 365 days per year.

Corporate Profile

Robert Schellenbach, the founder, one of the principals and President, has over 20 years experience in the Point of Sale (POS) industry. His career started with Datachecker\DTS a Point of Sale manufacturer, and through a series of promotions assumed the responsibility of Regional Manager. Prior to founding Retail Control Solutions, he was Vice President at Tri State Retail Systems, a Micros® and IBM Business Partner specializing in Hospitality and Retail POS products. His staff was responsible for the sales, support and service of POS systems in the Northeast United States.

James Symes, one of the principals and Vice President, has over 19 years experience in the Point of Sale (POS) industry. His career started with Datachecker\DTS in the field service area and through a series of promotions assumed the responsibility of Branch Service Manager. Prior to joining Retail Control Solutions, he served as District Customer Service Manager with Micros® Systems, Inc., a Point of Sale manufacturer specializing in the hospitality market.
